We update puppy availability, pricing, and details as accurately as possible, but availability can change quickly. A puppy shown on this site is not considered reserved until a signed Sales Agreement and deposit have been received.

Information submitted through our Contact form or Sales Agreement is used solely to respond to your inquiry or process your reservation, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please provide accurate contact information so we can reach you.
4Intellectual Property
All text, photos, and design elements on this site belong to Happy Doxies unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.
5Limitation of Liability
While we do our best to keep this site accurate and available, we're not liable for temporary downtime, technical errors, or third-party service interruptions (such as our form provider). Nothing on this site should be taken as veterinary or legal advice.
6Governing Terms
These terms work alongside our Sales Agreement, Health Guarantee, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. If any section of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections still apply in full.
