Purchase Agreement

Please read each section below before signing.

1. Fees & Payment

Buyer agrees to pay the full purchase price shown above, including any shipping, delivery, or reservation fees selected in this agreement, before the puppy is released or shipped.

2. Safety & Supervision

Buyer agrees the puppy will be supervised at all times outdoors, including in fenced yards, and never left unattended near pools, roadways, or extreme weather.

3. Ongoing Care Standards

Buyer agrees to provide proper nutrition, clean water, shelter, routine veterinary care, and genuine companionship for the life of the dog.

4. Temperament Disclosure

Seller represents the puppy's temperament accurately as observed prior to sale, but is not liable for behavior changes or incidents occurring after the puppy leaves Seller's care.

5. Health, Papers & Registration

Every puppy is sold with current vaccination and deworming records and the paperwork required for AKC registration, backed by our written Health Guarantee.

6. First Vet Visit & Refund Terms

Buyer agrees to schedule a licensed veterinary exam within 72 hours of pickup or delivery. See our full Health Guarantee and Refund Policy pages for exact terms.

7. Right of First Refusal

If Buyer can no longer keep the dog at any point in its life, Seller must be contacted first and will assist in rehoming before any other placement is considered.

8. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If the placement isn't working out within the first 30 days, Seller offers a full refund upon return of the puppy, per the terms on our Refund Policy page.

9. Ownership Transfers & Off-Limits Placements

Any future transfer of ownership requires Seller's prior approval. The puppy may never be sold, traded, or surrendered to a pet store, laboratory, shelter, or similar organization.
