1What We Collect
Our Contact form and Sales Agreement form collect the information needed to respond to you and, where applicable, process a puppy reservation: name, email, phone number, mailing address, state or province, selected puppy, message content, payment method preference, and an electronic signature.
2How It's Used
Submissions are used only to respond to inquiries, process reservations, arrange delivery, and maintain our own sales records. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
3Third-Party Services
Form submissions are delivered directly through our own mail server — we don't route your information through any third-party form-processing service.
4Storage & Security
Submitted information is stored in our email and sales records, kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, and accessed only by the people running Happy Doxies.
5Your Rights
You can ask us to review, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@happydoxies.com. This page may be updated occasionally to reflect changes in how the site operates; the version posted here is always the current one.
